Based on the provided customer reviews and the nature of an RV park under new ownership, specific, publicly advertised "promotions" such as percentage discounts are not detailed. However, the strong emphasis on "friendly new owners" and their efforts to "always have something going on for everyone" suggests a customer-focused approach that might include informal specials or loyalty perks once you are a guest.
RV parks often offer tiered pricing for nightly, weekly, and potentially monthly stays, with longer durations typically providing a reduced per-night rate. It is also common for RV parks to offer discounts for military personnel, first responders, or members of recognized RV clubs (like Good Sam). Given the complete cleanup and upgrades, the current pricing likely reflects the enhanced value and amenities provided.

Customer Reviews
Great place to camp and ride. You will not be disappointed. Friendly new owners always have something going on for everyone. This is a fantastic place to camp. Highly recommend . We have camped here for years. We enjoy the wildlife too, it a great bonus ! Lots of photos taken over the years GREAT PLACE TO MAKE MEMORIES WITH YOUR FAMILY
Read the reviews so I was a little worried. New owners have completely cleaned this place up. 27 rv spots, all double wide and have power and water. Water pools in some spots when it rained heavy but he's aware. Had a great time. Used the old access road on property to access redbird trail system. Head a crazy shrill one night. We were all freaking out until we realized it was an elk across the creek. Very odd sounds in person.
This is one of the best kept secrets in Kentucky! Great place to stay with your RV and they have a great shower house as well if you want to tent camp. We've been told that the hundreds of miles of trails here will eventually tie into the trail systems in WV and Tn. So great trails now and eventually you could overland from here to WV or TN for a real adventure!
This is the way it’s supposed to be! New owners are a breath of fresh air! What a friendly down to earth fantastic family. The grounds are updated with new hookups and well maintained. I sure wish it was this way when we started coming down here years ago to ride Redbird. On this trip we rode for two days and relaxed and enjoyed the site that backed up to the stream that runs through the property. Just a great weekend! Love this place! Highly recommend!!!
Awesome RV park! Very simple place but so worth going to. They do have power and water, but no sewer hookups. The owner does offer a service to dump tanks for a small fee though. They also have a nice bathroom/shower house. Located right off the road but it's very quiet so it wasn't an issue. The owners are really great people and we're defining to be going back if we're ever in the area. Oh, they also have 250 acres of land behind them so if you have a 4 wheeler or dirt bike, or w.e, definitely bring it with you. Totally recommend staying here, we had a great time and loved it. 10/10!
