The rents way to high for a little mediocre trailer park. Add all the fancy crap you want, street lights or lake fountain, it doesn't change that the manager does nothing to actually improve the 'park'. They rarely even come over, which is fine, but they don't even listen to the people that live here either. It's like every six months, they raise the rent even higher without doing anything to deserve it. It's livable, but that's the bare minimum.

We started out with a slightly rocky experience but Jeff came in and turned everything around for us, making it a wonderful quick and easy process! We are so thankful for jeff and the maintenance crew and absolutely love our new home! A quiet and friendly neighborhood environment has been very nice as well 😊
Management is non existent when you need them and is constantly being replaced with the next drone. I'd like to speak to whomever is in charge but management always an excuse.
