We moved in December of 2024. And absolutely love it here. Our only complaints about living here is 1, the streets are in desperate need of paving. The potholes are many and large. And 2, we are forced to use Spectrum for internet service and it literally has daily outages. Most of the time it’s at night so not a big deal unless you’re a night owl. You can’t watch TV or use the internet. It is so unreliable that if you work from home takes this in consideration. I would say it’s quite possible to lose your job because of how unreliable the internet is. Other than that. it’s a very peaceful environment and Christine, the manager is absolutely top notch.

Management is TERRIBLE. Prices keep going up over and over again and new rules are continuously being made. If your skirting is damaged, you'll get a fine. But will management try to solve the problem with strays that are the ones destroying everyone's skirting? No. Fix it and the cats knock it down within a day. Does management care? NO. Fined $50. Wifi included with rent as an excuse to hike the price up even more after three increases in just one year and the service goes out ALMOST EVERY DAY. No one here has the money to afford two different wifi providers. Again, does management care? No. Can't park on the street, can't tether my dog, can't have a fenced yard, CANT HAVE GRASS GROWING IN THE CRACKS OF MY DRIVEWAY but the roads are nearly too botched to drive on. Landlady is so disgustingly apathetic to the fact that this is not a wealthy community. You can call a trailer park a "manufactured home community" all you want, but painting a piece of crap don't change the fact that it's a piece of crap. People are moving out left and right and you start to wonder if maybe that's the goal all along, flush out the people who have lived here for YEARS to make room for residents you can charge more. This used to be a decent community, but the current landlady has completely destroyed that.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and we love it here. Our kids are safe to run and play and for the most part all of our neighbors have become good friends! Christine, the manager, has been absolutely fantastic! She has done a great job cleaning up the neighborhood and sprucing it up! She is very kind and accommodates the needs of the people in our community as much as possible!

I have been here for over a year and I have never had any complaints until she came up to my Trailer and called everyone who lives in a Trailer is Trailer trash .My title says Trailer. So I guess she just called me trailer trash to my face . WOW!!!! They want us to stop parking in the street . So the problem is we have 4 vehicles and the concrete slab can only hold 2 vehicles I have a car my daughter has a car and my husband has a truck and a car . We tried parking them as close to the slab as we can . Now we got a notice saying we will get a fine of 50.00 in 24 hours unless we remove off the grass . So what do they expect me to do with them . There is no compromise for us . WHAT TO DO ? this is supposed to be a community. But this feels like to me that they want a old folks home. We are not allowed a fence a swing or nothing in the yard for your kids to play on . I really feel like we are being attacked by the manager of the park Over our cars . This is not a proper place to live if your a family person. Lord knows you better only have 2 cars and no more . They need to focus on fixing the streets . The so called park for the kids to play in is absolutely horrible. And there is no pool .the basketball court is all the way up by the office where you would have to drive up there for your kids to play . But be careful you might get towed or fined . The new street lights are a joke . Come look people. Generic looking . This has been the worse place I have ever lived in . To many rules for people with families. I think in my personal opinion they make people disgusted so they hope you leave and they can resell your Trailer and make money off of you . I had to put four brand new tires on my car because of all the nuts and screws went up in my tires from driving to my trailer. She had their workers take the metal magnet up and down the streets to get them up . Did they pay for my tires NO they did not. And they keep raising the lot rent without notice.

I would absolutely only give a half of a star if I could. Management is non existent, and in the couple years I’ve lived here they have raised the lot rent multiple times. If you have a problem good luck getting a resolution within a reasonable amount of time. My neighbors sewage was broke for over 6 months I couldn’t even go outside without almost vommiting the potholes in front of my house are absolutely rediculous. And they are now telling me I’m only aloud to have patio furnature OR a grill on my deck. With all of this being said I OWN my house I only rent a lot from them! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
