Cass Lake Mobile Home and RV Park About
For many Ohioans, finding flexible and affordable living solutions, whether for a permanent residence or a temporary recreational stay, is an important consideration. Mobile home and RV parks offer a unique segment of the housing and hospitality market that caters to these diverse needs. In Cortland, Ohio, Cass Lake Mobile Home and RV Park represents one such option, providing spaces for both long-term manufactured home residents and short-term RV visitors. Understanding the general nature and typical offerings of such combined communities can help prospective residents and travelers make informed decisions about their housing or vacation plans in the Buckeye State.
Combined mobile home and RV parks like Cass Lake aim to bridge the gap between traditional residential communities and dedicated recreational campsites. For those seeking a permanent home, manufactured homes on leased lots often present a more accessible path to homeownership compared to conventional stick-built houses. For RV enthusiasts, these parks offer essential hookups and a base from which to explore the surrounding Ohio landscape. While the atmosphere and specific amenities can vary significantly between parks, the core appeal lies in the provision of necessary infrastructure and a managed environment. It's crucial for any individual or family considering such a park to understand its unique operational style and community dynamics, as these directly impact the living or visiting experience. The goal is to provide a functional and community-oriented space, though individual experiences within such parks can be varied.

Customer Reviews
absolute worst park manager. rude right away the second they get your money they treat you like garbage. no one is allowed to do anything even remotely fun at all for guests or kids. managers scream at you if you have a guest over and they use a part of YOUR own parking area. no one should ever give this place a chance until its under new management.
The owners are very rude. I cannot stress that enough how rude they are not only the people that live here but people that don’t they will not try to talk to you respectfully they will be very disrespectful immediately you also are not allowed to do anything or have anything for your kids. I would never recommend anybody living here.
The owner took my rent for 7months then decided to tell me it was illegal for me to stay there in my camper. Told me I either had to buy a mobile home from her or leave. Literally kicked me out the day before I started back in college(which she knew about especially since that was the whole reason I moved there in the first place) then gave me 15 days to leave. Side note: when I first moved in the owners brother went through my stuff like it was his own; and it took them like 5 months to get me a mailbox.
Kept trimmed and cut. Little lake. Even 4th of July fireworks on the lake. Rv camping from around mid/end of March til sometime in November. depending on the weather /snow accumulation. nice park manager. close accommodations but seems peaceful. walkway mowed 3/4 around the lake for a pathway.
Terrible management. Can't even pick up a child without someone having an issue.
