I've been trying to get hold of someone for months to ask if we could look at some homes. We need 2. The numbers on the office door are no longer relevant. A resident gave me the managers cell number but she won't answer calls. I communicated with her via text 6 weeks ago and was told some homes would be ready in about 3 weeks, but I never heard from her. Now I'm back to square one, but I'm not giving up, because people in this area have gone insane with the rents they're asking for and this is one of the few parks with reasonable rental rates. Hehe. I'm a glutton for punishment. UPDATE: It's been almost a year since I first started trying to get info on a home here and I still, after repeated calls, have yet to receive that call letting me know if they've got any homes ready for move in. Promises, promises. You would get more action sticking your thumb up your rump and spinning around in circles.
I would love to find out who the owner is to this park. The Manager they have in the office is not very professional. She will say one thing and never follow up with what she says. Seems very scattered brained and can’t run a business the way it should be. This place needs new management for sure . maybe even someone that could be in the office because there is never anyone in the office how do you run a business if you can’t keep the office open for information?

This place was a joke, had 3 TO 4 fingers of mobile homes. The grounds were nasty the lot we were looking for didnt exist as they said it did and when asked the residents were rude and ungrateful.
I just need a home so I can keep my job I'm almost 50 steady income.
