Services Offered

  • Rent-to-Own Mobile Homes: The primary service highlighted by residents is the availability of mobile homes on a rent-to-own basis. This program allows individuals to eventually own their manufactured home after a period of renting, often with a down payment required upfront. • Mobile Home Lot Rentals: For homes that are part of the rent-to-own program, residents will also be renting the land that their mobile home sits on. This is a standard component of mobile home park living.

  • One Apartment for Rent: Uniquely, the park also offers a single apartment for rent, providing an alternative housing option within the community for those who may not be looking for a mobile home.
