While specific, exhaustive details about all services offered directly by Wyngate Manor Mobilehome Park are not publicly available, based on common practices within well-regarded mobile home communities and resident feedback, we can infer some key services that contribute to a comfortable living experience:
- Well-Maintained Grounds: Feedback from residents indicates that the park strives to maintain a clean and orderly environment. This generally includes regular landscaping, upkeep of common areas, and attention to overall park aesthetics.
- Community Management: An on-site or readily accessible management team is typical for mobile home parks, responsible for enforcing community rules, handling resident inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the park.
- Utilities Management: While residents are typically responsible for their individual utility bills, mobile home parks often facilitate connections to essential services like water, sewage, and electricity.
- Clubhouse/Community Hall: Some residents mention a "beautiful clubhouse you can rent for parties," suggesting a communal space available for private events or park-organized gatherings. This fosters social interaction and community bonding.
- Parking: It is expected that residents have designated parking spaces for their homes, and guest parking may also be available.
Wyngate Manor Mobilehome Park boasts several features and highlights that contribute to its appeal for residents in Ohio. These elements, drawn from available feedback, paint a picture of a community designed for comfortable and quiet living:
- Quiet and Clean Environment: A consistent highlight from resident reviews is the park's quiet and clean atmosphere. This is a significant draw for individuals and families seeking a peaceful residential setting away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The emphasis on cleanliness suggests a management and resident commitment to maintaining a pleasant living space for everyone.
- Community Focus: Despite some managerial concerns raised by a resident, the overall sentiment points to a community where residents can enjoy their surroundings. The presence of a clubhouse, even if its availability is a point of contention, indicates an intention to provide spaces for social interaction and community events. A "great place to live" and a "wonderful quiet and clean park" are strong indicators of a positive community spirit.
- Swimming Pool (Historically Available): One review mentions a "great swimming pool in the summer." While a newer manager's decision to close the pool has been noted, the existence of this amenity in the past highlights a commitment to providing recreational facilities for residents. The potential for the pool to be reopened in the future, or the presence of such infrastructure, suggests a valuable asset for warmer months.
- Well-Maintained Grounds and Infrastructure: The presence of a manager driving around on a golf cart "making sure the park is maintained" suggests active oversight of the park's grounds. This implies that common areas, roads, and general infrastructure are regularly inspected and cared for, contributing to the overall appeal and safety of the community.
- Potential for 55+ Community Designation: There's a mention of a "55 & Older Community" sign being posted. While this appears to be a recent change and causes some confusion regarding younger residents, it suggests an evolving demographic focus. For those specifically seeking a 55+ community, this could be a future highlight, offering a tailored environment for active adults.

Customer Reviews
Ilene the new park manager is trying to micromanage a little too much and she won't even open the pool back up for the summers, for what reason I don't know but the residents don't really have any other amenities. I think it's because she doesn't want to attract any more younger residents. She now has a "55 & Older Community" sign posted underneath the original but still allows younger residents to reside here. That doesn't make sense; can't she just make up her mind? And she doesn't seem to have anything better to do than ride around the park on her golf cart all day like she doesn't trust anyone. I appreciate that in a way because my grandparents live here but if security was that much of a concern, why doesn't she take the money she's not putting into the pool and install more security measures?
Great place to live. Wonderful quiet and clean park. Great swimming pool in the summer and a beautiful clubhouse you can rent for parties. Got to love all the negatives about the park manager. She does drive around on a golf cart making sure the park is maintained. Its a requirement of her job to do so. She does not harass people. I have lived here for over 3 years and have only had one phone call that did not relate to the water being such off for maintenance. If you follow the rules, keep up the grounds as per your lease, and pay your rent, you will never hear from her. I have been harrassed by people who live in the park, told all the gossip by the 1st week we lived here by neighbors, I do hate that they changed the park to 55 and over, and I also wish they had a playground for kids but those are my only complaints.
You know, what ever happened to manners or even common courtesy?! I called the park office today to see if there were any trailers available for rent. I was met with a nasty tone of, "No, we don't rent!" Lady, if that's the way you treat people inquiring about a trailer then I feel sorry for the people actually paying money for your salary. I'll take my business elsewhere. I'd give 0 stars if that was a possibility. Maybe she needs to take some classes on customer service skills, because she has none.
Seems like a nice place to live but the lady Eileen that runs it seems to be going senile. My experience with her was in regards to the clubhouse rental. I rented twice. Once was for a birthday party in December 2016. She was a little off and had a hard time remembering things but all in all, it went smooth. The 2nd time was for a baby shower in April 2017. I spoke with her earlier in the week and told her I'd b there Friday to get the key. She called me Friday morning. Called me someone else's name and had no recollection of speaking to me. The hall/ clubhouse she rents is nice but she can't remember anything she says or does. Per her instructions.. hall rental is $100 and if I were to clean it, I'd get $25 back but if they clean it they keep the 25. So as I did the first time I rented and didn't get 25 back. I placed all trash in trash cans, folded all tables and chairs up and locked up. assuming I'd do as I did the first time and let them keep the 25. I got a call from her the Monday after stating the people that rented the following day were upset because the hall wasn't cleaned. So here she never sent her cleaning person to clean and then blamed me. Stated I was to sweep mop clean toilets etc... if this was told to me in the beginning I would not have rented. Who cleans toilets at a hall you paid to rent... not a hall I pay for. Hall is nice if they get someone who can run it and clean it
I moved to Wyngate Manor last year and couldn’t be happier. The park is so nice and kept clean thanks to the management Ilene and our great handy man Jim. That is what drew me to this place. I looked at many other parks before I found this one. And not a one compared to this park. Ilene has always been so helpful with whatever I have needed. I definitely recommend Wyngate Manor to anyone looking for a new place to call home.
