Family has been on 106 outer drive ..last week my sister carol said bill family moved out...so we are painting..new carpet... bathroom..floors .. pressure washing ..it's a great park ..we can see the pond ..and have alota property. And 2 sheds we are going over ..new siding soon ..
Ran Into this little oasis on Maps and I can tell the people here take great pride in their neighborhood. As for the gentleman with the large mouth bass, I was dying with laughter as he goes "that's a dousey" haha love It!
Was looking to move there to downsize as all the kids are gone and the Mrs and myself need less space and junk sitting around us.Some very nice places and some older price range for most anyone.I just can't see going there now as it was sold about 1 1/2 yrs ago to a company from Las Vegas that raised the lot rent way to much some places just over 500.00 and most in the 400.00 prices. I think we will keep looking for a better price and some benefits .
This is a very charming park that is friendly and caring of it's tenants. They have 2 stocked ponds for catch and release fishing for residents which is awesome. They also have a spacious club house that can be rented with a good sized parking lot.
My Name Is Alexander, I Am A Resident Of The Park. I Have Been A Part Of This Community For A Long Time. In My Honesty Opinion, This Place Has Always Been More Peaceful Then Most. The People Here Are Sweet, Helpful and Relatively Reserved In The Volume Department. They Have Beautiful Woodland Areas To Explore, And A Massive And Well-Kept Clubhouse To Rent For Most Gatherings. Also, The Manager Hosts Community Events, So A Great Place For Young Kids Too!
