I am a retired RN. I have lived in Cedar Bayou MHP for many years. The current manager Jessica is the very best. If the residents call or text her with a problem...she responds immediately with compassion and patience. Park rules are enforced r/t loose dogs...blasting mufflers...etc....Crime is very very low in this place....lots of roads to do walking exercise.
He is very professional and always answers the questions I need to know and he is a very nice person and I want the parking lot to be a family place and I really liked that because I have a 12 year old girl and I feel safe that my ninja goes out to play I recommend it my friends You feel comfortable when the manager Jessica is very kind
