Lived there for a yr in 2021. The 1st thing I will say is NEVER drink the water. MGMT was always having you do something to improve your trailer while others did nothing. They keep raising the lot rent every 6-12 months and let's not forget the trash and the water and sewer bill you pay I refused to pay for nasty well water that was always brown or orange. And every month we got a letter to boil our water if you go to some of there other trailer parks they are pretty run down also with the same issues .look elsewhere for a place to stay. Oh and most neighbors snitch on you to MGMT
