This place has gone to the dogs!! It’s quiet but the new owners haven’t done anything but line their pockets with money!! They have raised the lot rent from $320 to $650 + garbage that goes up every month and mowing common areas which consist of the 100 ft drive coming in the park. The storm destroyed the dock in 9/2022 and has not been repaired yet! The grass isn’t even cut leading down to the lake! They purchased and put in 3 new trailers and want us to refer people to move out here - I wouldn’t suggest anyone to move out here to get ripped off!! The one star is only because there are no negative stars to put up!!

I moved there in 2020. It’s a small park, with great people, but the owners must be trust fund babies, as they have done nothing but get every cent possible out of people on Social Security. They must think they get a lot of money. I was there only a year, because every month it was either higher rent. Paying to have your grass mowed & even trim all trees in your area. No reasoning with them. Treated everyone like they were all loaded with money. Plus several rate hikes just since I moved. If you couldn’t pay the higher rent, they take your trailer & evict you. (If u can’t pay rent, u can’t move your trailer, so they take it)! Real nasty guys. Treat the elderly mean to where anyone was afraid to challenge them & their crazy rules. They paid for nothing!! When I was there, I cleaned the lake area of weeds. The rules say you can’t stand on it (the dock) fish from it, boat from it……in other words, this is our only amenity but you can’t use it!!!! Unreal! I would never recommend this park to anyone ever! Mainly because of uncaring owners. They rake in the money while occupants do all the work!!! I give a firm ZERO for this park & would never recommend living here! The people were lovely really nice people, getting treated horribly by ownership! Glad I got out!!!! ZERO STARS!!!!!!

Absolutely NO AMENITIES NONE. and the Dock is still destroyed from the hurricane in 2022. And the lot rent keeps being raised and we have an itty bitty trash dumpster and the price for use of it also keeps going up on all of us. They make like this place is a wonderful place to live and it would be if we had something to do out here and they would QUIT raising the amounts every month. They are taking advantage of all of us. And there are people living out here under the age of 55 also. so that's a lie.. a lot of the people that live out here are moving out because they CAN'T afford to live here no more and it's ridiculous they keep taking advantage of the elder. God don't like ugly.
