This campground has thick layers of leaves and dirt that haven’t been raked in a while. The staff isn’t very friendly when you enter the store. They gave me a long list of rules, but not many are enforced, like the speed limit. People drive fast through the campground and don’t even care if kids are around. The power trips frequently, and the water pressure is terrible. Sometimes, you only get a drizzle. You rarely see any staff unless you go into the store (if it’s open), and they’re rude. When I voiced my concern about the water and other issues, they brushed it off and said they’d pass the information along. Of course, I never saw anyone checking on the issues because they were clearly aware of them happening several times before our stay. It’s a nice little campground and a great location, but it needs new, updated facilities and friendlier staff.
Aug 18, 2025 · KayWonderful week spent here. Cabin was wonderful and comfy. Staff were exceptional and very friendly to speak with. Our Grandson played at Dreams Park and we were close enough to return to cabin, cook lunch and head back to fields. Downtown was a short drive away as well as grocery shopping. Brought back a lot of childhood memories growing up in The North part of Michigan star gazing in the evenings and being surrounded by woods. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Cooperstown.
Jul 26, 2025 · Rosemarie SmithClose to Dream Park and Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. Quiet and a beautiful setting, great to relax, swim or fish. We took in a few games from a traveling men's adult league on the ML field. They also have a LL field both fields are well cared for. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing! Everyone was pleasant to work with.
Jul 09, 2025 · Virginia UsherWell were greeted by very friendly staff and had a great stay in a down-to-earth facility, complete with electric, water, and sewer connections for RV’ers. Restroom/Shower building was very clean as were all outbuilding and pool. Will stay there again!
Sep 23, 2025 · stilyouWe stayed in a tiny house this year with our in-laws and teen son and it was perfect for what we needed (a home base in between our son’s baseball tournament games). The tiny house was beautiful - bright and airy with lots of windows. We have stayed at this campground for the past 3 years because it’s our favorite campground ever. It’s immaculate and they have a lot to offer - game room, lawn games, outdoor sports, pool, laundry, playground, pond with paddle boat and for fishing, etc.
