This place has pfas also known as forever chemicals that greatly exceeds the epa guidelines in its water supply. These chemical are know to cause cancer and birth defects.
Absolute joke, this place is no excuse for a place to live. My grandmother has been here for seven years and now that she's going into a nursing home they can't locate any copies of her lease or deed to the trailer. Not to mention the manager is either constantly late, absent or impossible to get into contact with. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
People beware Manager needs to manage this place better poorly managed!! They have 1 small dumpster for all the homes there and trash piled up outside dumpster because there isn't a big enough dumpster..plus condemned trailers are not being removed from premises..Hello new owners come see from wherever you are to see what you purchased..plus they take trailors from people and resell them and sell condemned trailors also!! BUYERS OR RENTERS BEWARE!!
This mobile home park is very run down. Owners are apathetic and negligent with upkeep. The owners are very hostile. I wouldn't recommend this park to anyone. None of the trailers are worth more than 2 thousand dollars. All need rehab.
My son lives there, however, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. When they sold him his trailer it needed new water pipes and new flooring throughout the entire trailer.
