Ever since new owner took over, it's been a mess. They jacked up the rent, sending in folks who act like Karen to hassle us. On top of that, they're charging us for gardening plans and not fixing the potholes. Our community vibe is gone, and if things don't change soon, our neighborhood's in trouble.

New ownership, not the same. More expensive now and the dumpster is not taken care of. It's overflowing every week and the trash blows into the front yards of nearby trailers. New ownership needs to take control for the price they're charging

It's an old trailer park, the road has plenty of potholes as if the speed bumps aren't bad enough!
