They offered a cheap rental mobile home. I guess you get what you paid for. I think the landlord's job is to do maintenance and care for the tenant for 6 months because once that is up she avoids you. Doesn't return calls. Lacks maintenance crews. The landlord doesn't even go in the office! Never is there even before Covid-19. Great place if you want cheap, but you get what you paid for. They don't even know how to divide rent in half correctly! Had an issue with my first months rent 4 months after living there! They accept pets.

This is one of the worst places in carbondale to live. Roaches everywhere moldy floors ,walls and ceilings. Crime and if you call the city or try and fix it yourself they kick you out. -5 would be my rating for this landfill of a property.

The manager spero is very unprofessional if you say the wrong thing to him he will try to evict you and he doesn’t even own anything.
