Very nice. Upscale with gated entry. Nice big playground and pool. .❤I don't live here but my close dearest friends do. They have moved here a super long time and in the last few years maybe more we’re not sure the gated entry does not work. It stays open and I have yet to see the pool open. Also, it seems that there is Loud music coming from a lot of lots. I love that. This is a kid friendly place, but the kids seem to rule the roads. I’m sure all this can be fixed. I know it’s hard to run places a business like these, but I think it could be fixed in a much manner.
This property has improved! The grounds are much cleaner than it used to be. Landscaping is emasculate. All the praise to Danny our Maintenance Supervisor. Madeline is the best ! There was a time I couldn’t speak to anyone and now we have amazing customer service thanks to Madeline. She greets you professionally and takes the time to listen to your problems and makes sure it’s resolved.
It's a nice quiet area . Very kid friendly and safe,they have a play ground and pool.Everyone keeps to themselves and are respectful. However,I wish they could control the cat population because it's out of control.i would respect it if they also would enforce certain rules more such as making sure people maintain their property and not let people live in tents .
Danny and Madeline work so hard to make this place feel like home. Danny being here has really improved the grounds & Madeline thinks of the kids. Thanks for the treat bags on Halloween!
We came out for family fun day a few weeks ago and it was great. Danny and Madeline were awesome. They were attentive, kind, and interactive
