We've been here since 1997!! A lot has changed in the world but the 'ol park remains quiet and steady. The transformation of ownership recently (2018) has been seamless. As promised, improvements are in process.

New owners are super easy for mom to work with. Easy to set up on auto payment . Mostly older community with tight group of people that have been here for many years. New owners have been a blessing to the community

This is an excellent community! It's quiet, peaceful and a great place for families and older folks. The park is central to almost everything Fayetteville has to offer. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Management stays on top of things so there's no disturbances. Bonnie and Dave are awesome folks. The new owners aren't bad either.

Rent goes up every year for "improvements" that we don't get a say in. Only brand new trailers allowed in, something you should know if you're looking to buy. Owners will say one thing and do another and they will try to bully you and skirt the law. Manager Bonnie is good though.

My husband called this place and the very first question was do you have a dog. My husband said yes service dogs the lady said that we could not live there because of the dogs. He said they were not pets they were service dogs. She said that the owner did not care. My husband tried to give her some free legal advise and said that denying us based on service dogs were a violation of discrimination against the disabled community and that the American Disability Act says that it is against the law. That a person can sue the owner. She said they know that and it does not matter since they do not allow dogs.
