Cool, quiet spot. Good prices and excellent location right by the tollway. The owner, Leighton, is very nice and helpful. Just an update, you do hear the train horn but my wife and I find it soothing, it is not loud at all. There are potholes but our truck doesn't mind them. To address the bad reviews of "loud and tons of traffic", that's just not true. This place is quiet and secluded. There is a huge grassy area up front for pets. I think some of the poor reviews are just from hateful or stuck up people.
