Sue The Owner and Manager is so very accomodating and helpful. It almost impossible to find a site in this park because everyone that comes here never leaves. This is a fairly tight knit small community of mostly snowbirds. About 30 sites which are usually filled. When space becomes available it is usually taken immediately by someone word of mouth.
This place is very friendly senior complex it doesn't have a lot of abinadi these amenities by that is a nice place to live most people in here are very nice it's inexpensive and we enjoy it we've been here 10 years
Great park...only rents lots...low lot rent includes free trash (dumpster), water and yard maintenance.
