Locals might find better deals for shorter stays outside the peak tourist season.
  • Direct Inquiry Benefits: It is always recommended to contact the park directly by phone to inquire about any unadvertised specials, potential discounts for specific affiliations (e.g., Good Sam Club, military, senior citizens), or package deals that might be available for new bookings.

It's been a fairly quiet stay the last few nights. Site has 30 amp service, garbage, full water and sewer hookups. Haven't tried the cable TV yet as my rig isn't equipped with a quick hookup but I will try running the coaxial cable in the window later this week. Can't complain about the price, $130 a week which is what we're staying while we're on vacation starting remodeling of our new retirement/vacation home 1/2 mile away. I certainly wouldn't call it a vacation destination but if you need to be in the area cheaply it's fine. The park is actually called Dumal RV Park on the sign which caused a bit of confusion upon arrival. It's located directly behind the Allstate insurance place off Levy County CR 40. The owners told me they usually have an opening and no need for a reservation. They were more than accommodating upon arrival and directed me in. My honest opinion is if it's a vacation DESTINATION I would pass, but if you NEED a inexpensive place to park your rig locally as I do, it's right up your alley. There are several parks around with more amenities and their price reflects that.
