Customer Reviews
Could be a great place to live. It's quiet and the few mobile homes that are livable have very nice tenants almost all tenants anyway. Needs work for sure. Update- new owners who are more involved who are talking about fixing it up. Will Update again when things start getting fixed hopefully soon Hopefully this doesn't effect me but I'm going to say it anyway. Thought new owners were going to be better. Unfortunately same as last owner 😕 cleaned up a little but damn near impossible to get service work done. I had high hopes but for nothing
This mobile community was a dump in 1973 until my parents bought it. They were "on property" owners, not just investment income investors. The property and mobile homes were very well kept up. The pond was clean, rents were reasonable and the tenants great. It's sad to see the owners don't care.
Doesnt look like the pictures when visiting in person. Gives a bad name to mobile home parks when looking the way it does. Looks like a run down mess. Sorry to have to say....but its the truth. Nice drive to get out there and then what a let down.
It doesn't even deserve a star it's run down the landlord is very crooked There are homes that people live in that ceiling are caving in
Looks like a junk yard
