Every single time, we are invalidated and treated poorly by the front desk woman, Gwen, and Jeff, the owner. They are extremely unprofessional, and never actually say what they plan to do about negative situations that have occurred. I don’t know what we are paying 800+ dollars for a month when there is no website for this place, strict restrictions on what you can do inside your own home, and when you report people breaking these strict rules in a way that impacts quality of living in this community, nothing gets done or you get blamed. Gwen will defend anybody except you to avoid conflict, and this place is not worth the money. You will get reported for something on your property that existed there prior to the purchasing of the home, but nothing will be done about harassment from neighbors or homes with roofs caving in on themselves.
