Fantastic Campground! I have so many nice things to say about this place. My wife and I took a trip down here for some tent camping and local hikes with our dog and this was a fantastic spot to lay our heads. It has everything you need in a campground at an extremely reasonable rate and the owners are the nicest hosts I've ever experienced. The bath house was clean (and air conditioned!), the pool was awesome to take a quick dip in after our hikes and the location is convenient to quite a few state parks. Best camping experience we've had this year!

The campground was very peaceful! The grounds weren’t really kept up and the pool was green, pool was not open so that was a big disappointment for our son. In all fairness the guy informed us he had just taken ownership a month and a half ago. He was extremely nice and helpful. He even gave us free wood for our fire pit. Getting to the campground we pull a 21ft RV and it was fine, it’s a twisty dirt road but what do you expect when you’re in the woods. The way in was no problem the way out was a challenge, if you’re pulling out to the right the curve was a bit tight idk if a really big RV could make the turn. The dump station was fine with all the necessary hook ups even had a back up hose and we were able to dump with no problem. There does need to be a turn around added for the dump station, we had to turn around in the grass area which could easily be turned into a great turn around. The sites were great they had water hook up and electric, we had no problems with our site, we actually loved our site! The campground has tons of promise, excited to see how the new ownership runs it

We just stayed here Fri-Sunday and stayed in cabin 4. We arrived a little early and they allowed us to check in anyhow. The pool was open and the bathrooms had hot water for showers. The bathrooms were a little messy, and not exactly close but functional and free, so no real complaints. This campground does not have water access, but referred us out to Franklin Floats and they were great to work with as well. For the price, it’s a good deal. We look forward to next years trip.

Our group had a excellent time. The beds in the cabins slept just like you were at home. We met the new owners and they and their staff were very helpful, kind and down to earth. The restrooms and shower stalls were very clean. The grounds were picked up and clean. You can tell they take pride in this campground. The picnic table that was with our cabin seated our group of 8 comfortable. The pool was refreshing, clean, and had 1.5 -7ft. So it accommodates all swimming experiences. The store fulfilled all of our needs and wasn't expensive. You will have a great time and WE WILL BE BACK THIS SEASON.
