Donnie is an awesome landlord, this place is peaceful and love seeing the deer run free here. Donnie does an amazing job with this small community.
Be aware of the owner of this Mobil Home Park. He harrasses older disabled senior citizens. My parents lived there for over 20 years and had problems with the septic tank. And the owner refused to fix it until we reported him. After he was ordered to fix it he started harrassing my parents. My parents were buying the mobil home and renting a lot in this park. He threaten to evict them without ant cause knowing they were on a fix income and coukdnt afford to move the home. I would not recommend renting a lot from him
I have lived at Deer Hollow Estates for over 20 years. This is a nice quiet place to live if you have a trailer.
When you want to move sell your place owner will find a way to keep your place so he can make money he a rip off
