I have a friend that lives there and everytime I've been there they were very quiet and not much traffic and always clean.everyone just minds their own business and ain't up in everyone else's business.

For a small as the mobile homes are you would think the landlord would put new air conditioning in or have the air ducts and stuff have them checked out and blowed out because my sister lives in one and it's hot in there even with the air blowing

living there was a nightmare big bugs and spiders and rats and bad up keep our floor was roting thru we told the land lord and its been 5 months since they said they would take care of it we recently moved from there this month thank god and another thing garbage underneath the trailer too on lot 12 they told us to go underneath and clean it ourselfs me or my husband is not able too so i wouldnt suggest living there
