Customer Reviews
Terrible place to stay! Management sucks no on site management and the one guy that does manage this place for them is extremely rude, rules constantly change to which only a handful even seem to follow, animals running around everywhere, water is constantly off without any notice, no amenities except a one single shared washer and dryer, shared mailbox, kids constantly playing in the middle of the road. I would definitely recommend if your looking into this place to look hard before you settle on this for the price there are definitely parks around the area that offer a lot better for the same price!!!!
Nice spacious lots and quiet pet friendly rv park
This could be a nice park but they have no on site manager. Dogs and cats running loose. Police have been here multiple times. Manager who lives in Mobile has an awful attitude. If you complain he'll tell you to move. Lived here over a year and a half he gave us free rent for mowing the property but didn't provide a mower or gas. There is 1 washer and dryer for 37 lots. The owners are basically slum lords. There are many nice rigs and people. But there are about 5 that won't follow any rules which change regularly. The plus side the lots are very big. We've had enough. Picture is what we have to look at daily.
I enjoy the park and it's close knit community. However the off-site management can be inconvenient. Also, they only have one washer and one dryer for about 50 campers .
Drugs good kids playing bad manager makes up rules as you goes
