Such a wonderful place to live! I have been an owner of one of the mobile homes since 2016 and I absolutely ADORE Pam, as the Property Manager! I have never had a package stolen off my porch, and for that -I'm grateful. The only complaint that I have are the stray dogs that will follow and intimidate you and tear into your trash and food deliveries! Other than that, this is a great place to live! They do stuff for the kids and give gifts to each resident on Christmas. And now, they even cut your grass. I LOVE it here!

This trailer park has come a very long way. It’s safe, cleaner, nice and calm. A small but strong community. I love it here and so do my children. Manager is great and makes sure you’re up to date with anything new being done to the community.

I LOVE it here. The manager is so hands on. She is always available and so nice too. The neighborhood is being cleaned up and made safer. And its rent to own so you get to pay it off while you live there. Once you own it you can even rent it out. They even have "handyman" specials that include free rent for fixing it up though i cant remember how many months it lasts. Pets are welcome too. Christmas gifts are given out every year. There is usually a halloween party too. The office even has a gift shop! Really its worth the wait to get in

Most of the mobile homes needs to be knocked down... people should not have to live like that... especially kids code enforcement needs to go there
