I been living here 5 years and 3 months ago they brought in a new manager her name is Gina. She is very nice and treats us with respect. Maintains the property nice and clean. I finally can breathe that they got rid of the old manager. I would like to thank the owners for bring in a new manager to work on this property !!

We had driven through this mobile home park previously and found it to be clean, quiet, and well kept. We made a personal visit the other day and found the manager to be friendly, efficient, and dedicated to keeping this community clean, relaxing, and attractive. We are hoping to make this community our home in the future.
We just moved in but already love the environment and management! Mrs.Gina made the whole moving process easy and stress free! She worked with us and was very polite in every way!!
Yes this place is great !!! Can’t disagree , the place is well kept up and who ever takes care of it is doing a great job. 2nd yes the marlene and management may be strict but only Bc they want to have a clean and safe environment. A lot people that live there or that is wrighting all these negative things about management is false , she may be rude or strict but doesn’t mean she is a bad manager... the people who don’t know how to keep a clean home area outside or don’t pay on time Have false Information about Management. . But I do got to agree the gate does break from time to time because people don’t know how to enter or don’t have a clicker , most of the people go the wrong entrance and breaks .
