These communities can provide a sense of neighborhood, often with shared amenities and a distinct lifestyle that differs from traditional stick-built homes or apartment living. If you're exploring housing options in the beautiful Blue Water Area, specifically in Port Huron, understanding what a mobile home park entails is a valuable step.
One such community located in Port Huron, Michigan, is Port of Call. As we delve into the details of Port of Call, it's important to approach this information with a clear understanding of what this type of residential setting offers and what aspects to consider from a local Michigan perspective.

Was a very good place to live. But not no more at all. Will have more updates later. Yes I looked at other reviews and the others are right about the kids that recently moved in or have lived there for a while making it bad for the actual good kids that lived there for a while or moved in not long ago. But there is a ton more situations then just that making it bad to live there. I am currently making my list. Everyone else should too. So if something ever comes up then you will have everything jotted down for your personal records. Thank You for reading. The outside of the mobile/manufactured park may look ok but unless you walk in one or all you won't believe on how dangerous they really are. Most do not have screens on them. Even in minnesota lake. It gets very very hot in the trailers because you can't open your windows unless you want bugs or spiders invading your trailer.
Sep 21, 2023 · Catchemall EBI wouldn't even know where to start with this place, I had a hole in my bathroom floor, which I told the manager multiple times about and my roof was falling through in my closet, due to them putting their foot through when fixing the roof, which I also told the manager multiple times, also hole in my son's bedroom which was very dangerous and they never fixed it so I would definitely not recommend it
Jun 01, 2024 · Erica TeepleNice quiet place I don't half to hear the sounds from town witch is nice very big and open people are nice and me and our son can finally have a garden.
Apr 28, 2024 · Ashley PincombConsistently broken or run down homes that they refuse to repair, drug dealers won't get kicked out as they're caught doing deals, but they keep kicking people out if they try to get management to repair their property. Don't live here unless you really have nowhere else to go. Only a matter of time before it's so run down that they sell it off to someone else to clean up their mess.
Mar 31, 2022 · John BiscarnerI live here, the park cuts the grass as long as it isn't fence in. Just like a lot of parks, the kids run wild, cutting though your yard. The only play area is basketball court. Nothing for smaller kids, which I wish they had..Lot rent is pretty reasonable. They also own Minnesota Park.
