I was in a tough spot in life when I reached out to Candy and let me tell you what, she has no clue how much of a positive impact she has had in my life! I have been here 2 years and don’t plan on going anywhere just because of her. She is AMAZING!
Very quiet area. Neighbors are great. Management is good at answering questions in timely manner and getting things done and keeping its peaceful here. I will be here for a long time. Candy Mcconn is really great. Just would like roads to be taken care of (potholes) and streetlights with brighter lights because it's so dark in the trailer court from Corporate. But, as far as Candy Mcconn she is amazing could not ask for a better person to manage the park. She gets 100 out 100 in my opinion.
Blue ridge was the best place to be , the community started off shitty but candy worked her butt off to fix it up and make it safe for our kids to live. She gots over and beyond with helping others and showing that she cares about us rather than just being non-helping !
Best place to live. Property is definitely looking better with the best manager in place! Candy is very helpful in many ways.
