Customer Reviews
It’s a trailer park that’s getting turned around, cheap rent, pretty good landlord named Brian that wants to clean and fix it up. It’s in an amazing location not far from anything but not in the heart of everything just a block away from coin laundry, gas and food; 15 minutes from the plaza and Longview lake and 20 from power and light and Jacomo Marina.I see this place having lots of potential within the next few years and look forward to watching it grow.
Well I know one that stays there. It's a subtle environment, however, I myself wouldn't stay in any type of trailer or mobile home. I come to far in life for that life, however there are ones that love it and it's environment. For it can get dangerous at night
The landlady is very nice and I enjoyed conversing with her. Picked up an application and their rates are reasonable. UPDATE: The owner is a slumlord!! Been here for awhile, and recently we found out there was an issue with our meter. But the landlord didn't discuss it with us, he decided we were guilty and he added a $90 utilities charge onto our rent. Then he illegally shuts off our electricity and water, cursing at me to move our piece of s*** immediately. He decided to add over $500 onto our bill this month.
It's pretty run down looks skid row by my take at it but better than homeless
Yup, its definately a trailer park. And on the side of a big hill too! I can't even imagine the fun/terror of a cold-snap in January!
