My husband and I have lived in highland manor since October of 2020, for the most part it has been a really nice community to live in. Mainly quiet, and the office is helpful with any and all requests and questions. Only down fall that we’ve dealt with that is obnoxious in my opinion is all the cats that destroy skirting and make the underneath of my trailer smell like pee and poop. and then of course if you are an animal owner don’t expect to be able to keep them safe in the midst of a tornado in the shelter because they’re not allowed. And it’s also not big enough for all of the residents that they have added since all the new homes have been put in. Other than those two things I’ve enjoyed staying in this community.
We had a phenomenal experience with working with Ginny! She is so helpful and stayed in contact to update us through the process of purchasing our home. She is very thorough, thoughtful with details. You can tell by all the work, maintenance and TLC that has been done in Highland Manor the genuine investment being made to enhance this neighborhood. We felt immediately at home! We were looking for a new place that’s affordable and in a decent neighborhood and an independence. It can be hard to find that but when we met with Ginny to look at a couple homes, she was super professional kind and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. I really liked the pond in the community pool and sometimes in a mobile home park you don’t see a lot of maintenance or upkeep, but it seems like they make sure the residents take care of their outside to make the best presentation
I've really enjoyed living here, great place close to highways but quiet. The amenities are very nice, we really like to feed the birds at the lake, sometimes we go fishing too, my kids love the playground and I love that it's so clean and safe. Courtney and Tiffany are excellent, they're always friendly and ready to help with anything. Great little community, would definitely recommend for families
I have lived here for 3 years. My neighbors are friendly. It's pretty quiet in the evenings. People are nice. Courtney is the manager that did our papers. She did a great job. The staff are always nice. They are prompt whenever I have had any issues. My trailer was new when I moved in. It's very nice. There's a park for kids, swimming and a dog park. There's even a nice trail. I love it here.
