Southern Pine mobile home Park is a bad place to go. They are false advertising saying five minutes from the beach. They are dictators they are telling all the residents that they can change the rules at any time of the lease agreement and they are leaving the American flag laying on the ground. They have no respect for the American flag or to the residence of the park. All they are trying to do is force the residents out to turn down their trailers so they can put brand new ones in stay away from the park. Do not go into them and buy a trailer. You will not be happy
My mom lives there, it's very quiet for the most part, And everyone's pretty cool. For some reason the guy that picks up the garbage is either in a bad mood sometimes or he complains about having to do his job. But everything else is great

They argue with the comparable parks but our park has no comparable in the area with no pool or bingo etc. They did not do any improvements either ......
