I am a first-time homeowner, and the manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate the time he took to help me settle into the area. I toured around the property. It is well-maintained and clean, has friendly neighbors, a playground, and a community garden. The pricing is affordable, and I am excited to begin the paperwork to become a new resident here!
Pat is, by far, the absolute best landlord in existence. He goes out of his way to connect with the people who live in the community along with their pets. The maintenance staff is the best too!!
Been in this trailer park for 3 years and have found the landlord will not do anything about the Dead trees on the property. I've had the same dead tree fall on my house twice and can't get the landlord to do the right thing.
The owner is completely unprofessional and impolite. I called for a simple inquiry and was talked down to instantly. Pat was extremely rude and condescending, I can't even imagine ever entering any type of agreement with this person. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere.
