This is the trashiest, sketchiest trailer park I've ever seen. The one they showed me was nowhere near ready, but they said I could move in the next day, and they'll just keep working on it. No cabinets, no windows, no doors. One end of the trailer was held up with very unstable looking stacks of cinder blocks because of the steep slope it was on. They said that was temporary. So, basically, they wanted to somehow do all this work, including replacing the cinder blocks with actual stilts, with my family and all our stuff in it. I said call me when it's ready. Never heard from them.

They do not fix anything and have you moving in with things already broken or unsturdy. Every time it rained my son's room would flood. Back door didn't lock, no Central air or heat, tub was pealing paint, homeless people were staying there before I moved in, light bill was 300 after a month of living there, and alot of drugs in the area. I moved after four months!
