Stayed a couple of months and it was fantastic. Not a fancy resort but if you are looking for big yard, no feeling of sitting on top of each other then this is your place. Troy the owner is terrific and the kindest person as long as you treat him and his property with respect. He has one pull through site for a quick stop. Gravel lots but packed. There is a small laundry which is always clean. He mows regularly and does keep weeds at bay around our site. There are long term here but everyone is down to earth and kind. Lots are SUPER price, electric is a little higher than average but still paid less than most lots I stay. I have read that he charges horrible electric prices, stop complaining overall well priced. You have your own address and mail box. He took a run down mobile home park and made it very nice for rv's. I would not hesitate to stay again if I got a contract in the area. Thank you Troy for a fantastic stay!!!
