Instead of support, I feel threatened and have decided to sell my home and relocate due to the ongoing pressures. I was aware that I was behind on the waste/water payments and some of the pet rent, but not on the rent. They didn't reach out once to me during that 3-month period. When I brought it up on the phone to her, she stated she has over 400 trailers to maintain and it wasn't her responsibility to call if your behind, per say. I have never known a landlord to wait three months and then file an eviction notice with no communication in between. I went to login to pay my rent in August, and they had the website blocked, so I couldn't make a payment. I called to see what the problem was, and she stated they would only take cash or money order. I told her I was not comfortable with that if they were losing my electronic payments. I called the landlord various times during this and provided proof of the rent I paid. I also reached out to local agencies to appease the landlord and they rejected it and said they wouldn't accept the help from local agencies. I had an email sent directly to them from the agency providing help and it alerted me and let me know they opened and read the email, but not further action was taken. As a single mother of 4 children, I tried to work with them, since I wasn't the one to mess up the payments in the first place. My children and I fell sick when the court hearing took place and I didn't realize I was to call the court directly, to change the court date, since I didn't file with the court. I let the landlord and their lawyer know I couldn't make the court date and they proceeded anyways. I doubt the proof of payments were submitted to the court and I was eventually evicted. I have heard from a close friend that she evicts people on the regular and goes to her job and laughs about it. This friend of mine previously worked with her. This is the most disorganized place, and the woman is not a good person to work with. She yells on the phone at you. This place needs new management or needs to be shut down.

I tried to turn in an application because I had the intention of purchasing a mobile home there and was treated like a criminal. (Um hello?? I'm employed at an elementary school 🤦♀️ working on my teaching degree )I am now going to have to break it to the sweet gal I was planning on buying from that I refuse to deal with such a rude woman.

He knew I was in a situation where I needed to find a place asap. I waited 3 weeks for them to remodel this trailer only for Glad to call me THE DAY BEFORE I was to move in and tell me "I make the final call and not allowing your dog so get rid of her or you cant move here" mind you my dog is a 13 year old lab/boxer emotional support dog. And she wants to argue with me about how shes a pitbull and dangerous. Most unprofessional, rude, UNEDUCATED lady I have ever spoken too.
