Kevin the landlord is a real shady person. Going to sell us a trailer and came up instead of security deposit had to help out son to get water in his place as cps was there. Kevin said to help them and Arie to get water and then he backed out of the contract that we had. Now we have to leave here or he won't do a lease with my son. We get mail here and he knew we were here and the Sheriff said he can't throw us out but he still is. My son had a lease signed with Arie his gf and Kevin let her out of it with her signing a paper and thinks that takes my son off the lease too. He sold him the mobile home and it didn't even have water hooked up inside the place.

Kevin is a very easy person to work with. He tries to help people who need it. Kevin also tries very hard to keep the trailer park drama free. Which we so appreciate. Keep up the great work Kevin.

What a dump. Trash everywhere and some of the renter's let's just say are not sober. It seems as if there are no good trailers left in the park and I would be skeptical of letting my kids play at the park. Oh and at the moment there is a cat infestation. With all the being said the owner of he park is a decent guy.

Excellent management by "Kevin." Some of the trailors are a little bit older but, it has easy access to Hwy. 45 & to the local town of Tigerton.
