Horrible roads, little and no knowledge of proper property maintenance. I have seen only money being spent on properties being moved in. Also, raising our lot rents. All just to make money without improving the quality of the park.

Management is doing a great job getting things updated and yes sometimes it doesnt happen overnight but great changes being made all the time. When you look at how it was 3 yrs ago its not the same place keep up making the positive changes to the community.

S!$t Show Central... bought a Home in March-April Still haven't been given a Lease, getting the runaround by the Manager and the Place keeps trying to get the previous owners lot rents from me!!! She sent me an email that said we need to talk about the Account? I called her and She said and I quote" Theres a previous balance owed on this lot and we need you to pay it." I informed her Soliciting others peoples rents and Lease money is Illegal... her response to me was " I can tell your going to be difficult to work with.." Your darn right I am Going to be!!! Lawyer up before dealing with these people... Hopefully their home Company will do something about it... All conversations were recorded and No Slander Here.. Look out for yourself and families... May God Bless!!

The management are scam artist. And the park is trashy. Tinna is a scammer! She runs everything above her minion Julie. Everything they do is fraudulent. Not honest management at all. RENT/OWN here if you want to be robbed!
