Promotions or Special Offers
As a mobile home park where individual homes are generally owned by residents and lots are leased, Edgewood Mobile Home Park typically does not offer promotional discounts or special offers in the same way a rental apartment complex or RV park might. The primary "special offer" of a community like Edgewood lies in the affordability of the manufactured homes themselves and the often-lower monthly lot rent compared to traditional rental costs for similar living space in the Ocala area. The cost-effectiveness of owning a manufactured home and leasing the land can be a significant financial advantage for many Floridians.
When considering a move to Edgewood Mobile Home Park, potential residents should:
- Inquire About Available Homes: The availability of homes for sale within the park will depend on individual owners listing their properties. Real estate websites or local manufactured home dealers might have listings.
- Understand Lot Rent: Confirm the current monthly lot rent and what it includes (e.g., trash pickup, community amenities). This fee is a crucial part of the ongoing cost of living.
- Consider Financing for Manufactured Homes: Explore financing options specifically for manufactured homes, as this can vary from traditional mortgages.
It is important to directly contact the park management at the provided phone number to inquire about any current openings for residents, the specific terms of lot leases, and to understand any community guidelines before making a decision. While the provided reviews highlight some concerns regarding management and property transactions, a direct conversation can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding the community's current operational status and residency requirements.

Customer Reviews
My fiance has done a tree job for them a week ago and has yet to be paid. Park management claimed on 2 different occasions they mailed a check only to learn it was a lie. Does anyone have contact info to someone other than the people off site? This isnrediculous. Don't do work for them if you need money.
Nobody knows who or what is going on with the ownership of the park. Sadly they should just sell the park to the people that live here. People are evicted and have know where to go. After false pretence that they purchased their mobiles from the new owner, ( which he never paid for after the transaction) he fruadulently sold them to the tenants and pocketed the money. Giving them false hope and dreams.....
terrible place to live in, landlord wont fix anything..my roof fell AC unit broke he said they cant do nothing about it, had to buy my own. hole on the wall from leaks and theres a frog in the hole.....bad bad place will never recommend to no one. oh and they forge my signature on my renewal lease.
If u ever had a run in w code enforcement, for parking in the right of way, or any of there so strickt rules. Drive through, and ask yourself, " do u think kids growing up here will know the meaning of equal opportunity?" That's Justice for ya "JUST US!.
I can't leave any stars, and it won't let me continue without them so I go in the middle, at this moment. But I will say it's improving.. alot kudos to the owners I would like to discuss the same about a unit.
