Cute quiet 55+ community for retirees or vacationers. You’re not even 5 minutes from downtown Ocala. Also located next to a school zone so extra added safety patrol.

I have been living here now for the past 3 years with my daughter Sheri V. The neighbors are friendly and they keep their place up very nicely. Al the park manager does a good job, he is very thorough and easy to talk to. I have never met the new owner but I do hear only good things about him. In closing Pine Manor Estates is a clean ,safe and friendly place to live.

I move here from Pennsylvania in December because of folks I knew lived here. The park manager is a wonderful guy that does a fantastic job checking on folks that live here. It’s nice to have someone who cares enough about his place he lives and folks that live around him. My neighbors are wonderful, quiet people mind their own affairs, but still care about their neighbors and the neighborhood!

My Grandmother lived in Pine Manor Estates for 45 years. I now own her home there. It has always been a nice and friendly place for the residents to live. The new resident manager Al is very helpful to all of the residents and is helping to make the park look nicer and updated. The park lot rent is still one of the lowest in Ocala.

I have lived in the MH Park / now Pine Manor Estates for over 43 years. I have seen many changes over the years. Since the change of ownership more improvement’s have been made and now being that some of the park rules have been implemented , I can see that this has brought forth positive changes ! If you decide to take up residence here , I’m sure you will be happy you did.
