Don’t waste your time with this place. Let me start this review off by saying that I understand where this notice is coming from (shown in pictures). We all want to have a clean neighborhood. I don’t blame them for sending my this out or even adding a time like. My issue with this notice is the LENGTH of the time line and the season they chose to do this in. For context, it is the end of March / beginning of April. We have had TWO weather advisory’s just this week. One for tornado and storm watch, and one for extreme winter weather. In what world, is the end of March the right time to be outside doing yard work? As far as the time line goes… 5 days? 5 days to make repairs on the skirting of your house, 5 days to clean your yard (to reiterate during a winter weather advisory), 5 days to fix sheds or stairs. I don’t know about you but I simply don’t have much time NOR the funds to fix things like this in 5 days. Now what happens if you’re elderly? Immobile? Is 5 days enough time to hire help? Unlikely. Now this is just my first issue. The office manager is my second. There is a Facebook group you can choose to be apart of for this community. It is full of residents and even office management. The LACK of class and professionalism from the office is unfathomable. I will be sure to attach photos for context. I would never move here if I knew being apart of the community here meant being attacked by the staff. Do not waste a drop of your time here.
Run down dump after new owners took over nothing gets fixed or done. Why are your bill collectors still call me 2 years now They want their money you raise rent enough times each year absolutely ridiculous. Maybe if are petty cash didn't go in his wallet this place might be able to afford something, but you enjoy that new lake house in Higgins
I have lived in two trailer parks in the past. They were loud, too many kids running around, and just awful experience. I moved in here and the neighbors introduced themselves and offered to help me. And it's so quiet here and everyone takes really good care of their yards.
People say its a nice Place for old People, yes its the only place that the rent goes up every year for the last 5 years , now if thats what your looking for please apply, and they do rent trailers at a outrages' price . Jeff and this management team are slow to fix things but fast on collecting rent, the comments about good for old people , should read Best Place to take advantage of Old people , that are on limited income ,,, GOOD Job Jeff , Keep raising that rent !
This was a good place to live now the new owner are raising lot rent every year with no explanation for it there certainly have been no improvements there are suppose to be rules but must of then get over looked and they have made it very hard for a working person to contact the village office for any reason
