Property Mgmt is still racist against darker skinned people of color. I have lost interest in renting. It's shameful how mgmt ongoing harassment against the only brown skinned resident which happens to be a wonderful woman born blind. My friend is overcoming the harsh reality of rascism. Property MGMT requested my blind friend repaint her trailer and given only a short time span to get it done. Another friend of mines helped out and got it done in a day. Property MGMT sent her a notice complaining about the color. Come on guys if the color of paint was approved by the owner, why wasn't her chosen paint color paid for by the property MGMT if The property MGMT didn't approve of such a color? To harrass her after the work was done in about a day proves the property MGMT didn't think their racist tacktics would slapp them in the face so quickly. Did y'all get mad or nah?? Lol
Professionalism is the basis of their company. I had a professional experience here. I called to inquire about mobile homes and vacant lots, but she was very nice and informative no matter how many questions I ask.
Need a more better search friendly way to find mobile homes and trailers without having to keep going from age to page.
I a few friends that live here and for the most part it's home for them so I won't say anything bad about this place.π·π₯π³ππ¬π¨π€
