Customer Reviews
The people were nice enough but the resort itself was seriously run down. The club house smelled like stale cigarettes and the pool and hot tub were full of leaves. The game room full of old broken pool tables, air hockey table and fooseball table were warped and rusty. This place needs someone to manage their hoa, they pay dearly for it and at the price they are paying it should be immaculate. Would NEVER stay there again.
Upon entering we were told that we must fill out a "docu-sign" basically agreeing to the rules and declaring the equipment we are bringing into the park. I mistakenly doubled our rig and truck (two of each) so was charged $60. I realized my mistake too late. But I assumed a mistake can be corrected. NOPE. No way to get my money back. Be extra careful when filling out their form.
Salt springs resorts was so relaxing and enjoyable for me, my grandson, Jayden, and my husband. Jayden got invited to a birthday party and learned how to ride his bike. We enjoyed the pool.
Check in was seemless. Our rental was awesome and we had an amazing view! Hope to visit again.
We are snowbirds staying here from November til May and have absolutely loved it! Quiet and very peaceful place to spend the winter 😃 Everyone is super friendly and they have lots of activities! Great central location and easy drives to Daytona, Orlando, Ocala, and many other places! Also, a bunch of different springs are within an hour drive. Hope to come back next year 😃
