This is a private over 55 community. The homes are owned by the residents. There are no rentals . We rent the ground out homes are on.
Some of the most amazing people I've ever met live here but the onsite management as well as the owners are quite another story. If you want to live in beautiful Salt Springs, Florida find a stand-alone home with private property which is country living at it finest!
