Very pleased with the house we have rented from Clifton and haven’t had any issues. he always responds to us in a timely manner and is always so polite. We couldn’t ask for anyone better to rent from good landlords are hard to find and so are well priced properties. Definitely satisfied with the property and the price. If you get the chance to rent one of the properties take advantage of it especially with the cost of living as long as you treat him and the property with respect he will treat you with respect.

Please don’t rent/buy from here!! The landlord only cares about himself and his profit!! Never listens to complaints and problems we have, or does so in a bad mood and not in a timely manner. Our water heater broke and we called multiple times for our landlord, took them a whole week and a half to come and check it out! We left as soon as our contract was over and Clifton Martin refused to give us our security deposit back! We left the trailer in better condition then initially. Horrible place with horrible people!

Clifton Martin refused to give security deposit back despite us leaving the trailer in better condition then how we got it. They are very cheap Mobile homes and the owner is not to be trusted. DONT BUY FROM THEM !! No rentas de aquí !!!! Also the reviews on here are fake. We did give 30 day notice, it was already infested with roaches and they refused to do anything about it, we left it very clean. I hear he does this to many people who rent from him.

I honestly can say that all the remodeling done by Justin Germany he puts his heart and soul into them and the work is wonderful in the end I'm so proud of him and the man he has became. Clifton and the rest of the ppl that are involved with this company they are great as well. But at the end of the day they have a job to do just as the rest. Never mix business with personal. Respect is always the most important in the end.
