Introduction / Overview
For New Hampshire residents seeking a meticulously maintained, secure, and tranquil environment for their retirement or extended seasonal stays, Emerson Village & Campground in Hampstead represents a truly exceptional choice. This is not a typical mobile home park or a standard RV camping area; it is a premier 55+ adult community celebrated for its pristine conditions, strong sense of neighborly community, and professional management. The Village spans 78 acres, beautifully set with mature landscaping, neighborhood streets, and a serene 3-acre pond. It successfully blends the appeal of a quiet suburban neighborhood with the convenience and amenities of a high-quality community. The community operates under a set of carefully enforced rules, which residents consistently praise for maintaining the pristine nature and high quality of life within the Village. Emerson Village is highly sought after, with residents often waiting for an opportunity to secure a home or a seasonal RV site, a testament to the dedication of the management team, including the highly-regarded office manager, Jamie, in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all.
Emerson Village offers two distinct options for local residents: permanent, independent manufactured homes and a dedicated section for adult seasonal camping. Both are designed for residents aged 55 and over, ensuring a quiet, relaxed atmosphere specifically tailored to an adult lifestyle. The entire park is managed with a focus on excellence and maintaining the highest standards, making it a desirable location for those looking to downsize, retire, or simply enjoy the beautiful New England seasons in a superior setting.

The location in Hampstead keeps residents close to local New England attractions and services, as well as family residing nearby, a crucial factor for senior living. It is a community of good neighbors and maintained excellence, making it a top-tier destination for locals looking for the best in adult living or seasonal RV camping in the Granite State.

I have been to many mobile home parks, especially in the past month or so searching for a home for my clients. When I showed them this park, they knew they didn't want to be anywhere else, even if it meant waiting for a property to become available to buy. This community is very sought after and I can see why. The grounds are kept up impeccably. They offer very affordable services to assist owners in maintaining their yards, which benefits all residents. Lawn care services included in the association fee I have never seen before. What a great idea and service! Yes, there are many rules, but they are all in place and enforced to keep the community as it is and as it should be. If someone is looking to entertain their grandchildren when they visit, there are town beaches that are easily accessible and VERY close by. It is a 55+ community. The pool area, club house, and neighborhood is in its pristine condition because they keep it for just their residents. The office manager, Jamie, has been VERY helpful in getting all the necessary paperwork and procedures required to get my clients accepted and moved in to their new home as quickly as possible. I can not say enough good things about this Park. My clients, who are close friends, are very grateful to be welcomed into this community.
Jul 13, 2020 · DONNA TZIOLISThis park is extremely well run and maintained. Good fences make for good neighbors and the rules they have in place are to protect all residents lifestyles. I saw some poor reviews and none of them had anything to do with the park and everything to do with them not liking the rules. We own another house in Sarasota, Fl in a similar park and Emerson Village is far and away better on every front.
Apr 01, 2019 · Gary MarshallThis place awful!!! It's over 55 community and if you have grandchildren they can't use pool which crazy, also you can't have anyone move in with either so even though you own home and renting the Land they control what goes on in your home which is out of control. They are completely nuts they tell you how to trim your bushes, so many rules that are just out there as if you are their children and not renting the Land!!! It's grass pple not hold!!! Also camping area is just as ridiculous, I would not recommend!!!!
