Would love to give it 0 but can't. There's a giant dirt mound that has been there for 3 years now trees growing on it, makes it hard to see if anyone is coming. The new manager doesn't do anything and likes to kick people out if they disagree with her. Very rude to the people who live here as well. The only good thing they did is replace the asphalt. Was under better management around 4 years ago because they were actually trying to help people out who couldn't always pay on time. You have to be on time or the new manager will try to evict you.

I would be giving a 0 but unfortunately I can't. Its NOT a good place!! Be very careful with the information you get from the park manager. DRUGS ARE DEFINITELY A PROBLEM THERE! The stray cats will make you sick! Rules and regulations are NOT enforced! I could go on but hopefully this will help your decision greatly.

Was called to apply asphalt repair. Owners were to hard to work with. I had to refuse their work order. Discrepancies over very small down payment. Insisted that because they own other properties that I should trust them LOL.

Stopped out to visit a family member... You could bury your self in the ground holes out there. It's cleaned up some... But still some very trashy places out there
