The trash is constantly overflowing. I have posted photos. The owner refuses to pay to have the dumpster emptied regularly, resulting in piles of trash on the property. This causes rodent issues, bug issues, etc. It smells constantly. The owner and Theresa refuse to make severely necessary repairs in which the health department had to get involved. Many residents here believe living this way is acceptable because it is better than being homeless.

Truly the grossest place I've ever seen. I saw roaches outside of most of the trailers, the place was not kept up at all and was a horrible mess. I would rate 0 stars If I could.
