They tried to sell me a home with mold threw out the trailor. It was also full of mouse poop. On top of the fact that the whole floor was rotten. Then I go under the trailer and there's a pond underthere. THE WATER WAS SO BAD TO. if you would shower in it you would come out smelling worst them when you went in. #38 scamers.
I love living in this community. The owners are very nice and keep up on the place. It's very quiet here, majority of the folks are older. No amenities really, but there is a pool. Rent is very reasonable.
Lovely, quiet, secluded manufactured home community. Property manager is so sweet! Homes are well laid out, allow a short split- rail fence. Nice walking area for dogs.

It wasn't at all what I expected. I read all the rules and regulations of the park thinking wow this sounds good. Apparently the rules are not enforced. A car with a flat tire beside the road, unkempt yards, dirty shabby homes, trash all around. This is not a good place to live.
